This outstanding building was created on the place of a very outdated two story building which was demolished to the ground. This five story building is built from a steel structure and modern construction materials. Below the ground level, you find a spacious basement which is a part of the ground floor apartment. The whole structure accommodates five beautiful modern and contemporary apartments, where the communal area is kept in the industrial style with exposed steel beams raw brick and concrete along with a beautiful modern style wooden staircase throughout the communal area in the building. The shape and style blending into the fantastic Shoreditch area in London where it is built. This project was handed over in Autumn 2019.

Flagship showroom redevelopment in the heart of London for LEMA MOBILI, Italian furniture designer and manufacturer.

Over 6000. square foot of the shop floor was stripped out to the bricks and concrete and was transformed to the modern looking showroom including new mechanical and electrical installation up to the highest standards and expectation of the designers, architects and the client.

Flagship showroom redevelopment for KARTELL, Italian modern housing furniture and accessories designer and manufacturer.

Over 4200 square foot of the existing restaurant was stripped down to the bricks and concrete, and was transformed in to the modern looking showroom. including installation of new mechanical and electrical services along with updates and alternations of this place to meet modern Health and Safety standards.
