Clarendon Street

This amazing basement flat in Pimlico / London was completely stripped down to the raw brick and concrete on floors. After the steel frame and beams installation, it was fully waterproofed and plastered and a new extension was formed. But not an average extension, we use only glass. A fully frameless glass roof along with a corner sliding glass door with an ultra slim profile. Along with this was amazing tiling on the outside and inside floor, to connect these two areas into one.
In the extension area, we formed a new kitchenette and dining space. Existing vaults under the road were converted in to a very spacious bathroom and utility room with a massive amount of a space for daily use. We installed underfloor heating and a hardwood oak floor through, with a bespoke oak staircase. Balanced with colours on the walls and ceilings to achieve a very light, and naturally bright space.
On top of that we connected this flat to the rest of the property above where we carried out further modifications in the formal kitchen on the ground floor along with the existing utility room. A full refurbishment of a small bathroom on the first floor, and a completely new bathroom redesign along with a dressing room on second floor.
All the new spaces have new bespoke made to measure built in wardrobes and other types of furniture, hand painted on site to chive paintbrush effect. As a finishing touch we redecorated externally the front and back of the building along with new Victorian tiles on main entrance steps.
The project was handed over to the client on time and budget in April 2021.
Belgravia

This beautiful apartment in the heart of London, Belgravia was redesign and refurbished to the modern standards, were everything is kept in a beautiful Victorian style with modern functionality. The majority of the finishes in this flat are bespoke made including the whole kitchen and furniture across the rooms, stonework in the bathroom and all areas where the stone is present on the floors and walls was manufactured and delivered from Italy, also wooden floors are bespoke made to measure for this particular apartment. The unique design of wallpapers along with beautiful wall lights and brush painted walls and ceilings, create a magnificent place to live. Everything in this place is done up to the highest standard possible. this project was successfully handed over to the client in October 2019.
Radley Mews

This lovely house on the quiet High Street Kensington area was completely stripped to the brick, also the roof was removed as the floors on the first and the ground floor. The whole building was redesigned by a great local architect. A loft conversion was introduced to the existing property, where you can find a master bedroom with en-suite. On the first one of the house, we can find two bedrooms and the master bathroom. The grand floor of the house is the heart of this home. Beautiful modern living area with open plan kitchen and a guest restroom. This project was done up to the highest standard possible and was handed over to the client in 2018.
St.Katherine Docks

This beautiful apartment with the view for a Tower Bridge and Shard in Central London was stripped down to the concrete walls and floors and completely redesign by London architects. We have created Beautiful three en-suite apartment and separate restroom for guests along with beautiful modern living space a very modern open space kitchen which could be easily separated from the living area, all works were made up to the highest standard possible and the project was hand over to the client in 2017.
Holland Park

This fantastic house was stripped down right to the concrete walls and was redesign from scratch. We created completely new four bedrooms with three bathrooms on the last floor, and the master bedroom with spacious walk-in wardrobes for Mr. and Mrs. with separate master bathroom on the floor below. A new intelligence operating system was introduced to the house, these include Mobile phone operating air conditioning, ventilation, underfloor heating, lighting, television, and the music in every separate room of this house including the cinema, swimming pool area, gym and the exterior of the house. On this project, we successfully walked with french architects swiss bespoke furniture makers, Italian stone suppliers, and French ceiling specialists. The project was finished on time with excellent quality and the higher standard possible. This project was successfully handed to the client in 2016.
